Expert Profile is a trading name of ExpertProfile International Holdings Limited, Unit A2, 19/F, Max Share Centre, 367–373 King's Road, North Point, Hong Kong. We follow the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486).
Only what you send us through this website: your name, email address, role, organisation, any profile links and your message. If you suggest a correction or a candidate, we also keep the details and sources you give us.
To reply to your enquiry; to prepare an AI Profile Audit or other work you've asked for; and to check corrections and suggestions for the Expert Hub. We don't sell personal information, and we don't use it for marketing unless you ask us to.
Our lists use public information: company pages, filings, news coverage and published interviews. We check each claim against a primary source. If you're named and something is wrong, or you'd like your entry removed, email editorial@expertprofile.ai and we'll review it promptly.
Our website and its forms are hosted by Webflow, and our email runs on Google Workspace. Both may store information on servers outside Hong Kong. We share nothing with anyone else unless the law requires it.
We keep enquiries for up to two years after our last contact, then delete them. Client records are kept for as long as the law requires.
This site uses only the cookies it needs to work. We don't use advertising or analytics cookies.
You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@expertprofile.ai and we'll respond within 40 days, as the law requires.
